Zhejiang SIPU Saw Industry Co.,Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise aimed at producing high quality band saws and band saw blades such as metal cutting blades, food cutting blades, automatic, semi-automatic or manual band saws.
The company was founded in 2009. We have 5 departments that are strongly related to the product quality, research and development, after-sale service and client consultation: Cutting technology research and development department, Product testing laboratory, Product quality testing department, Technical engineer team, Cutting program design team.
Based on tests, our products have excellent adaptability for a full range of cutting materials (rail steel/graphite/cast iron/high speed steel/tool steel/stainless steel/copper/aluminum/A3 steel/carbon steel) of different shapes (round/square/irregular) in different fields (aerospace/railway/auto parts/steel processing).
For metal cutting we provide horizontal automatic and semi-automatic band saws, vertical automatic and semi-automatic band saws as well as manual band saws. Besides, we also offer customized service for special needs.
For food processing we have two different types of band saw blades for frozen meat, fresh meat and bones.
For wood cutting we focus on portable or small-sized M42 band saws in household, suitable for metal pieces, plastics, cables as well as woodwork. Different from other saw blades made of single metal or carbon steel, the M42 bi-metal construction is stronger, sharper and specially designed to make smooth and effortless cuts.
