The blade length depends on your band saws. We provide bi-metal saw blade coils. The required blade length can be achieved by butt welding, or you can just tell us the length you need and we do the job for you!
The blade width depends on your band saws as well. The following sizes are available:

The tooth pitch depends on the material type and size, solid or hollow. A coarse tooth pitch will leave a rougher finish with a faster cut while a fine tooth will produce a better finish but with a slower cut. The correct pitch can effectively prolong the blade life and reduce the costs. We provide the tooth pitch in a full range of 14/18 to 1.4/2.
We provide three tooth shapes: Standard tooth, Hook tooth, Trapezoid tooth. The best cutting effect can be achieved by combining the four factors as above.
