High Speed Steel Bi-Metal Band Saw Blades for Metal Cutting Application, Naipusi Series
M42-Naipusi band saw blade suits for long-time working and high demand on stability. This bi-metal band saw blades are designed with high speed steel tooth tips and alloyed spring steel backer. The tooth tips and the blade backer are welded together by laser welding.
The saw blade combines the excellent fatigue life of a spring steel backer with the wear resistance of an M-42 high speed steel tooth, therefore Bi-metal blades have a longer life and can cut more quickly than the normal carbon steel blades. Besides, featuring with large gullets, the chips can be quickly removed for faster cuts.
Suitable MaterialsSteel with medium hardness: A3/round steel/20#/45#/aluminum/copper/iron/rebar/aluminium alloy, etc.
