For most metal cutting work, band saws are better than chop saws, because band saws make less noise and more accurate cuts. Band saws are also easy to operate and therefore are the perfect choice for cutting various materials in blocks or in bundles.

2. Semi-automatic Band Saws SIPU Saw Industry provides three different kinds of semi-automatic band saws to meet your demands: Horizontal pivot band saw for basic cutting requirement; Dual column band saw for high-demanding materials; Miter band saw for angle cutting.
2. Automatic Band Saws GZ4232 Automatic band saw is suitable for metal materials with the maximum width of 320mm and the maximum height of 320mm. Depending on the hardness of the materials, there are four different blade speeds for you to choose from, the highest is up to 83m/min.
2. Manual Band Saws If you need to cut small-sized parts, for example cables, woods and tubes, manual horizontal band saw is well recommended. Manual band saw is easy to transport because of its small size and light weight, the lightest weighs only 19kg.
2. Heavy Duty Band Saw Heavy duty band saw is specially designed for large capacity cutting, which is suitable for cutting heavy duty metal materials with the maximum width of 650mm-1500mm and the maximum height of 650mm-1500mm. These cutting machines feature sturdy frames and hydraulic control.
2. Vertical Bandsaws Vertical metal cutting band saws differ from horizontal band saw mostly through the way of material feed. In the case of vertical band saws the material is fed manually, while in other case the material is fed automatically.
