GZ4232 Automatic band saw is suitable for metal materials with the maximum width of 320mm and the maximum height of 320mm. Depending on the hardness of the materials, there are four different blade speeds for you to choose from, the highest is up to 83m/min.
If you need more effective band saws for massive production, then GZ4232 band saw is the perfect choice for you. This type of automatic band saw indexes the material for multiple cuts, the material can be incremented to the required component length automatically. This type of band saws can be left unattended for "light out" operation, and therefore reduce the labor costs.
Aside from effective cutting, we also take safety into consideration. The following improvements have been made: 1. If there is a shortage of raw materials while feeding, the machine will stop running automatically. 2. If the blade is broken or stuck, or the feed roller fails, the machine will automatically shut down. 3. With the hydraulic oil circulation the temperature of the oil can remain stable.
