Horizontal Dual Column Band Saws
GB4230 Horizontal dual column band saw is suitable for cutting metal materials with the maximum width of 350mm and the maximum height of 300mm. To achieve the best cutting effect, you can choose from three kinds of blade speeds according to the hardness of the material, the highest can up to 62m/min.
GB4230 band saws are ideal for relatively expensive metal materials like copper and graphite. The band saw features with dual column design, ensuring rigid support during the cutting process. Little waste will be generated due to stable cutting, greatly improving material utilization. What's more, the life span of the blade is prolonged because of reduced machine vibration.

- 1. The design of dual columns and double cylinders realizes stable cutting.

- 2. The band saw is designed with high quality guide device containing guide arms, adjustable linear rail with thickened wall and heads. The stable guide device prevents the blade from slippage during the cut. This ensures high accuracy cutting.
